Mull of Kintyre Music Festival
Showcasing the very best in traditional and contemporary music, MOKFest has been going strong since 1993 and is now one of Argyll’s top cultural events, drawing visitors from all over the world.
The gigs take place in locations across Campbeltown and feature many local musicians, as well as the headline names. Whether you want to try your hand (feet) at Ceilidh dancing, join in a jamming session or just sit back and soak up the atmosphere, you’ll be guaranteed the warmest of welcomes. Carradale Music Festival
This family-friendly boutique music festival takes place in the picturesque village of Carradale and features a great variety of local and international acts.

MOKRUN
This running festival has been voted the UK’s top race in Runner’s World magazine multiple times, thanks to its picturesque location and fantastic atmosphere.
There’s something to suit all abilities including a challenging half marathon (with a stretch along the stunning beach), a 10K, and junior races for children aged 5 to 14.
Post-race celebrations of Danish pastries and ceilidh dancing make this an event to remember! Book quickly as places sell out in hours.
Mach 1 Stages Rally
Organised and run by Dunfermline Car Club and held over two days with 12 stages, this event is a great opportunity to see some car rally action up close.
